Process automation
For traditional automation of your processes we offer different spectrometers from Carl ZEISS Jena. Depending on the specific application measuring in contact, with a distinct distance or in liquids.
Corona® extreme
We use Corona® extreme in conveyor belts, on harvesting machines or with the Turnstep in or next to your process. Ultra fast measurements, robustness against most environmental effects (dust, water, vibrations, ...) as well as a wide operating temperature are specific features of this spectrometer. The Corona® extreme is prone to measure moving objects in your production process.

Corona® process
Similar to the Corona® extreme but with a different focus of the light path the Corona® process is used to measure above conyeor belts. This is favourable for scanning moving objects in your production process.

The Corona® process has two built-in light bulbs, the second being activated when the first fails. Each light bulb has a lifetime of 20.000 h.
MCS 700
The robust VIS NIR spectrometer can be configured for different applications, to scan visible and NIR range in batch and inline production processes. A wide range of data interfaces grant a complete solution for many applications.

Software
All spectrometers are operated by the InProcess software from ZEISS.
