Software
Each instrument is sold with measurement software, which allows the scanning and prediction of spectra. It is part of the hardware sale.
Chemometric software
For calibration development we offer the Alligator software.
Some features of the Alligator software:
- data management (spectra, data sets, reference values)
- spectral data pre-treatment (SNV, detrend, Auto Scale, MSC, derivatives, EPO, NAS, ...)
- MLR, PCA, PCR, PLS, LOCAL, SVM, ANN
- mixed models in a model set
- import of R and Python scripts
A free version with restrictions (only PLS, max. 5 factors) is available, a time restricted version with all features as well.
Integration into plot harvesters
For the seamless integration of NIRS measurements on plot combine and forage harvesters we supply Harvest. Using the Harvest software you can organize your plot harvesting and colection of all relevant information for each plot. This software is running on the plot harvester.
